J.P. Vigier, Graduated from the Portage Terriers in 1996.

After graduating from the Terriers J.P. went on to sign a scholarship with Northern Michigan of the  WCHA conference from 1996-1999.  While in his senior year, he was  named CCHA Second All-Star Team (1999) CCHA All-Tournament Team (1999) .   J-P Vigier signed as a free agent with the Atlanta Thrashers on April 20, 2000. On February 7, 2001, he made his NHL debut in a 7-3 loss to the Maple Leafs. Two nights later, he played his second NHL game. In 2001-02, he played 15 games with the Thrashers and scored five points. On March 14, 2002, he scored his first NHL goal in a match against the Avalanche. He then scored his second and third goals in his next two games. In 2003-04, J-P joined the NHL ranks full time, scoring 18 points in 70 games as the team won a club-record 33 times   

Junior Lessard, Graduated from the Portage Terriers in 1999.

After scoring 60 goals in 60 games in his final season in Portage and being named Canadian Junior "A" Hockey League Player of the Year, Junior went on to star at the University of Minnesota-Duluth from 2000-2004.  While in his senior year, he was named WCHA Player of the Year, named to the WCHA First All-Star team, NCAA West FIrst All-American team, the NCAA Championship All-Tournament team, and most prestigious of them all, was named the recipient of the Hobey Baker Memorial Award as Top Collegiate Player in 2004.  Junior signed a contract with the NHL's Dallas Stars in April of 2004 and made his major league debut on October 22, 2005.  Since then, he has split his time between Iowa Stars of the AHL and Dallas.
